Since When Has Raspberry = Blue?

Raspberry's are red. If you squish them, they make red juice. Raspberry jam is red. If raspberry's in various forms are red, why are 'raspberry flavoured' drinks blue? When was this decided? Who decided it? Was this some sort of unilateral decision by the UN?
